How To Reflect On Your Year

At the end of a year it's natural to want to look back and reflect. To enable us to take the bits we liked into the new year and say goodbye to the bits we didn't. Here are the 4 areas to look at, that will make your reflection most productive for next year.

4 Areas To Reflect On

Here’s a quick overview of the 4 areas I used to review this year. In the video, I have really dived into this. I’m sharing this because this process has enabled me to focus my energy on the things that make my life better.

1) Health

How has your physical and mental health been this year?

What have you been doing that’s worked?

What would you like to do more of next year?

2) Wealth

Did you reach your income goals this year?

What are you doing to make sure you reach your goal next year?

Do you enjoy the way you make money? Is it in line with your values?

3) Self

What have you done for yourself this year?

What could you do for yourself next year?

4) Social

Do you spend your social time with people that lift you?

Have you connected with new people this year?

Watch The Process

I share the reflection on all 4 areas of my life to inspire your reflection.

Wishing you a Happy New Year.
