Happy Trails

Are you looking for something that will make you happier? Running is my go to for a happy boost.

I’m Not In The Mood

If you’ve let your running routine go and lost your running mojo, then you’re in the right place.

Happy trails took me on a circular, river, trail route. I’d had a good week of training. I was starting to feel the benefits of my runs. The first and overwhelming benefit was how much happier I’ve been feeling in all aspects of my life. Before each run, I wasn’t in the mood but pushed through. Within 100m of starting a run, I could already feel my mood lifting.

Losing Your Mind

In happy trails I lose my mind (in a good way). My head was free of thoughts and I was able to just let my body do the work. Once my mind joined my body I realised I was completely out of breath and had completed the planned circuit.
